QUIZ NIGHT

 

A big thank you everyone who came to the Quiz, and to our quizmaster and host Carl "Nobby" Riley.

 

£160 was raised

 

On the down side Nobby spends a lot of time putting the quiz together, its a shame out of the 19 registered teams only 5 teams were represented.

DIV 1

 

Fox 'B' Broadwell won 3-0 at home to the Farriers Arms. but the Farriers got a bonus point. Trev Dyer again top scored for the Fox getting his first six of the season in his total of 13 dolls  ( 4-6-3 ). Steve McAteer got 12,  Richard Rouse and Graham Barrett both got 11 dolls. Harry Cornish top scored for the Farriers also with 11 dolls.

 

Hook Norton S.C 'A'  beat Kingham R.B.L 3-0 Steve England and Steve Arthurs both top scored with 14 dolls each, Darren Cave got 11 dolls and Chris Kemp 10 dolls.

 

DIV 2

 

The George win the battle at the top of Div 2 they beat the Red Lion 'B' 3-0 and now have a 12 point lead. Liam Hayes and Ryan Tustain joint top scored with 10 dolls each.

Red Lion please note no nick names on the score card its difficult to update the individual scores.

Stow S.C won 2-1 against the Golden Ball  I.Close top scored for Stow with 9 dolls. Rob Joynes also got 9 dolls for the Golden Ball
