Annual General Meeting - Tues 9th Feb 2016.

Dear All.

This is just a reminder that on, as is tradition, the second Tuesday in February it is our AGM. This year it will be held on Tuesday 9th February 2016. The venue will be the White Bear in Shipston on Stour in the function room at the rear of the pub. 8:00PM Start Time.

Please can we ask all our teams to send at least one representative so that we can get a cross section of views. This meeting is the only time any alterations can be considered or amendments made to the league. Whilst many ideas are mentioned throughout the season it is considered to be observations rather than requests.

On the evening our signing on forms will be available for collection and our registration night detailed so please come and make yours views known.

Some things to note prior to our AGM.

As is well known our current treasurer (Ian Cook) & secretary (Keith Windebank) retire their posts on the evening of the AGM and the league needs to have these places filled, If you feel you can step into either of these roles please advice our committee at any point or on the evening, where applicants will be considered.

If any team requires equipment please let us know as we will order on mass from Brian Collins and collect anything needed. This will then be distributed on registration night. Dolls circa £10, Swivel £15 and Sticks (weight dependant) £25.

Finally captains please distribute this information around your teams and we look forward to seeing you on the 9th, Best Regards Keith.

URGENT INFORMATION

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL THOSE WHO WISH TO PLAY AUNT SALLY IN THE 2016 SUMMER LEAGUE.

FOLLOWING LAST NIGHTS AGM MEETING NO ONE HAS COME FORWARD TO TAKE ON THE ROLE OF SECRETARY OF THE LEAGUE. IF THIS ROLE HAS NOT BEEN FILLED BY 22ND FEBRUARY 2016 THEN UNFORTUNATLY THE LEAGUE WILL BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE THIS YEAR.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING ON THE ROLE OF SECRETARY THEN DETAILS OF THIS POSITION CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH THE FORMER SECRETARY MR KEITH WINDEBANK.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS NO SECRETARY THEN NO LEAGUE. SO PLEASE CONTACT US AS A MATTER OF URGENCY.

CNIASL would like to take this opportunity to say

Thank you to all those people that take time to check out the website and to those who give up their time to take part in the league.
